In order to benefit from the effect of Shinrin-yoku, you must go to the forest or to any place with lots of trees. Find a secluded, quiet spot without any distractions around. Try to tune in with the rhythm of the forest and become one. Use all your senses: listen, touch the trees, breathe in, taste the air, and look around. Finally, close your eyes and feel the serenity of the forest. If you can, do some breathing exercises or meditate.
