Shinrin-Yoku (Japan)
In Japanese, Shinrin-yoku means “forest baths”. As you can imagine, the idea behind this philosophy is to rejoice within nature and come at peace with it. Studies have shown that long walks through the forest can lower depression and induce a state of peace and happiness. Moreover, it can improve overall health and strengthen your immune system.
