Seoul plans to eliminate traffic pollution by 2020
Through an ambitious city development plan, the Seoul administration plans to completely eliminate harmful cars by next year. A major highway has already been transformed into a pedestrian area. The authorities are also making it harder for people to get around with cars in the city while encouraging them to use public transportation as much as possible.
