Why are the chairs red?
You’ve sat on them hundreds of times, still, you never thought that their color is specifically chosen. Traditionally, Italian theaters chose red and gold for their decorations. The reason why so many things are red inside a movie theater is that red is the first color the human eye cannot see anymore when there is little or no light. Blue will always appear brighter than red in low light conditions.
