Steam the bugs
If you are not a fan of slow extermination, you can turn up the heat with a steamer. The steam will not only kill the bug eggs, but it will also get the big bugs out of their hiding spots so that you can tackle them face to face. Don’t be afraid to turn up the steamer to full power, because if the steam is hot enough, it will kill the bugs instantly. To speed up the extermination process, steam not only the mattress but all other textiles where the bed bugs might seek cover.
