It is extremely tempting to always pick up the tab, especially as a man. You might even think that by paying for everything you show your partner how much you love them. In truth, even though paying for stuff seems like a simple and nice gesture, it might do more harm than good.
Instead of helping your partner, you might prevent
them from being independent and feeling equal in your relationship. Lending
